A simple connection device for use in a vertical uplift resistance static load test of a foundation pile, and the device comprises: a pile (1), a top pull beam (2), a jack (3), a main beam (4), a base (5), and a pile cap (6), wherein the main beam (4) is connected to the base (5) located on both sides of the pile (1), two jacks (3) are fixed to the middle portion of the main beam (4), the top pull beam (2) overlaps on top of the two jacks (3); the top pull beam (2) is fixedly connected to the pile cap (6) nested on the pile (1) by means of several pull rods (17) on both sides thereof along the direction of the main beam (4); the pile cap (6) and the pile (1) are connected with a rubber layer (7) provided therebetween; the pile cap (6) is formed by two embracing collar plates, wherein a left collar plate (8) and a right collar plate (9) are connected by means of bolts; the collar plate comprises a semi-circular tube (10), a flange plate (11) connected to both ends of the semi-circular tube (10), and a bolt plate (12) welded to the flange plate (11) and the semi-circular tube (10); several rod holes (13) are provided on the flange plate (11) for fixing the pull rods (17); supporting and strengthening plates (14) which are arranged evenly along the outer circumference of the semi-circular tube (10) are welded between the two flange plates (11); planes of the supporting and strengthening plates (14) pass through the central axis of the semi-circular tube (10).
