A WeChat-based information pushing feedback method and system. The method comprises the following steps: receiving promotion information from an official account (101); recording, when a user clicks on the promotion information, an identifier and viewing time of the promotion information and a user ID (102); and sending the identifier and viewing time of the promotion information and the user ID to a server (103). The technical solution has the advantage of receiving user feedbacks.
