The present invention relates to the field of the Internet, and provides a method for adjusting a push technique according to market feedback, and push system. The method comprises: recording tags matching user QQ groups, type tags matching advertisements, and a matching relationship between the tags matching the QQ groups and the type tags matching the advertisements; detecting QQ groups joined by a user; performing, according to the QQ groups joined by the user, a matching operation to obtain tags, performing, according to said tags, a matching operation to obtain advertisement-matching type tags, and performing, according to said advertisement-matching type tags, a matching operation to obtain advertisements; pushing to the user said advertisements matching said tags; reading, by means of cloud data, usage condition data of other users for this technique; and if the number of users turning off said technique exceeds a specific threshold, terminating push of said advertisements matching said tags to the user. The present invention enables advertisement push according to the type of QQ groups joined by a user, thus increasing advertisement delivery precision. In addition, the present invention enables terminating use of the technique when most users choose to stop using the technique.
