A smart translation projector, comprising a video projection module (1), an HUD translated text projection module (2), transparent glass (3), and a projection screen (4); the video projection module (1) comprises a lens module (5), a projection wireless communication module (6), a projection processor module (7), and a power source and an HDMI port (13) arranged on an outer shell; the HUD translated text projection module (2) comprises an HUD projection module (8), an HUD processor module (9), and an HUD wireless communication model (10); in a sparse text mode, the HUD translated text module (2) is fixed onto the video projection model (1) by means of a fixing groove (14), the transparent glass (3) being arranged in front of the video projection module (1) and the HUD translated text projection module (2), and the projected content of the two modules overlapping; in a dense text mode, the HUD translated text module (2) is removed from the fixing groove (14) and arranged further from the video projection model (1) and closer to the screen (4), such that the two projected contents are parallel, and the translated text content appears in the form of a real image on a split screen next to the video and of about a quarter of the size of the video content.
