A blowing-filling-capping machine comprising a bottle rejecting mechanism, and a bottle rejecting mechanism. The machine comprises a rack (1), a bottle blowing mechanism (2), a filling and capping mechanism (3), and a conveying mechanism (4). The bottle rejecting mechanism is disposed between the bottle blowing mechanism (2) and the filling and capping mechanism (3), and comprises a bottle discharging mechanism (5) for receiving bottles on the conveying mechanism (4), a blocking mechanism (6) that is rotatably disposed on the rack (1), is located between the bottle discharging mechanism (5) and the conveying mechanism (4), and is used for blocking the bottles, a detection mechanism for detecting whether the bottle blowing mechanism (2) outputs a waste bottle, and a driving mechanism (7) for driving, when the detection mechanism detects a waste bottle, the blocking mechanism (6) to rotate so as to feed the waste bottle into the bottle discharging mechanism (5). The machine outputs the detected waste bottle from the conveying mechanism by means of the cooperation of the detection mechanism, the blocking mechanism, the driving mechanism, and the bottle discharging mechanism, thereby reducing the waste of filling materials and packing materials; when a fault occurs to the filling and capping mechanism, the bottles blown by the bottle blowing mechanism can be discharged by the bottle discharging mechanism, such that the use efficiency of the bottle blowing mechanism in the blowing-filling-capping machine is improved.
