Disclosed is an anti-lost tracking method for tracking an item, an item to be tracked being attached with a tag. The tracking method comprises the steps of: establishing a wireless network connection to an alarm terminal; determining whether the wireless network connection to the alarm terminal is interrupted; if the wireless network connection to the alarm terminal is interrupted, obtaining current location information according to a preset frequency and sending the current location information to a server for a user to view; determining whether the wireless network connection to the alarm terminal is re-established; and if the wireless network connection to the alarm terminal is re-established, obtaining current location information, and sending, to the server, the current location information and information that the item has been found. According to the anti-lost tracking method, even if an item is out of the safe range, the item can still be located. Also disclosed are a tag and an anti-lost tracking system.
