摘要

The power generated by solar photovoltaic (PV) module depends on surrounding irradiance and temperature. This paper presents a hybrid simulation model of PV module and system using Matlab®/Simulink® and Pspice®, combined together using Cadence® software SLPS®. The hybrid simulation model includes the solar PV panel and the boost converter with MPPT controller. The target of this work is to find the possibilities of Pmax control using the maximum power point methods (MPPT). Many algorithms for searching MPP are proposed. In this study, the methods simulated are perturbation and observation (P&O) and voltage feedback using pilot cell. This simulation is done under different atmospheric conditions. This last permit to study behaviour of photovoltaic chain components.
