A micro locking and external-fixation device for treatment of a hand or foot bone fracture. The device consists of a long-shaped frame body (1) of a fixed length and multiple fracture fixation screws matching the long-shaped frame body (1). The length of the long-shaped frame body (1) ranges from 30 mm to 60 mm. Multiple threaded holes (2) are transversely formed in the frame body (1). The diameters of the fracture fixation screws range from 2.5 mm to 3.5 mm. The threaded holes (2) of the frame body (1) match the threads of the screws, the facture fixation screws are screwed into the threaded holes (2) to form a whole with the frame body (1), and the head parts of the fracture fixation screws and a hand or foot bone of a fracture part are fixed.
