The present invention relates to the technical field of automotive electronics, and provides an upgrade system for a tire pressure-monitoring system. The upgrade system comprises several sensing units, a conversion unit, and an upgrade unit. The sensing units are radio frequency-connected to the conversion unit, and are used to interact with the conversion unit after being activated. The conversion unit interacts with the upgrade unit by means of a wireless network. The upgrade unit is used to receive a selection operation of a user, and selects, according to the selection operation, corresponding upgrade data to be transmitted to the conversion unit, and the upgrade data is converted by the conversion unit and then written into the sensing units. By combining hardware and a display screen built-in in an intelligent terminal with an APP, the present invention realizes all functions provided by existing upgrade terminals, and further enables historical records to be saved for a user to check. The intelligent terminal is used as a main terminal, and is connected to the conversion unit via the APP and by means of Bluetooth or WiFi, and the conversion unit activates a TPMS sensor to be upgraded by means of a low-frequency signal. In this way, the present invention achieves a direct online upgrade by means of an intelligent terminal.
