A back apparatus used for maintaining healthy body posture (100), comprising an apparatus body (1), and a microcontroller (9), an acceleration sensor (10), a temperature sensor (11), a pulse sensor (12), and a vibration unit (13) arranged inside the apparatus body (1), the acceleration sensor (10), the temperature sensor (11), the pulse sensor (12), and the vibration unit (13) all being electrically connected to the microcontroller (9); the acceleration sensor (10) is used for monitoring the acceleration of the user and sending same to the microcontroller (9); the temperature sensor (11) is used for monitoring the body temperature of the user and sending same to the microcontroller (9); and the pulse sensor (12) is used for monitoring the pulse of the user and sending same to the microcontroller (9); the microcontroller (9), on the basis of the acceleration, the body temperature, and the pulse of the user, controls the vibration unit (13) to vibrate to remind the user to correct incorrect back posture; the vibration unit (13) comprises a cam (7) and a motor (8), the motor (8) driving the cam (7) under the control of the microcontroller (9) to cause the vibration unit (13) to produce vibrations. The back apparatus (100) can be directly secured to the back of the user to facilitate monitoring and reminding the user to promptly correct incorrect posture.
