A method for pushing vehicle maintenance strategies, comprising: acquiring maintenance data of a target vehicle (S101); formulating, according to the maintenance data of the target vehicle and the maintenance data of at least one vehicle from a preset maintenance database, maintenance strategies for the target vehicle (S102); pushing the maintenance strategies for the target vehicle to a user terminal corresponding to the target vehicle (S103). In addition, further provided is a device for pushing vehicle maintenance strategies. By means of the combination of the maintenance data of the target vehicle and big data, the method can make an accurate analysis, formulate maintenance strategies and push same to a user, thereby enabling the user to clearly learn the vehicle state and perform timely maintenance.
