The present invention relates to a synthesis method of Zn_2SnO_4. The synthesis method of Zn_2SnO_4 comprises the following steps of: a) preparing a mixture solution by dissolving zinc salt and tin salt in a solvent; b) precipitating a zinc complex compound by adding a complexing agent to the mixture solution; and c) heating a precipitation liquid in which the zinc complex compound is precipitated.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
