According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a system for re-targeting a motion of a humanoid object between heterogeneous spaces, which includes: a surface corresponding point calculation unit for calculating a corresponding point between a first object in a first space and a second object in a second space; a motion space external boundary surface calculation unit for calculating a motion space boundary of the second space corresponding to a motion space boundary of the first space; a space corresponding map generating unit for generating a space corresponding map such that a specific position in the first space corresponds to a specific position in the second space; and a motion generating unit for generating a motion of a humanoid object in the second space by re-targeting a motion of the humanoid object in the first space. According to a method and a system for re-targeting a motion of a humanoid object between heterogeneous spaces of the present invention, when a heterogeneous space is given, space similarity information based on a target object of a motion in each space may be calculated through computation geometry such that a space corresponding map is constructed and the motion is applied and changed in heterogeneous spaces by using the space corresponding map.
