The present invention relates to a composition for sensitizing cancer cells containing, as an active ingredient, an oncogene expression inhibitor of HPV viruses and, more specifically, to a composition for radiation sensitization used in the treatment of cancer caused by HIV infection, the composition containing, as an active ingredient, an oligonucleotide having any one nucleic acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO: 1 to SEQ ID NO: 10. The oligonucleotide of the present invention has an excellent effect as a sensitizer capable of inhibiting the proliferation of tumor cells by inhibiting the expressions of oncogenic proteins E6 and E7 of HPV viruses, and maximizing the apoptotic effect by promoting the sensitivity of tumor cells to radiation.
