The present invention relates to a vibration control device used with a floating construction method which is an earthquake-proof construction method with a new concept. The vibration control device avoids horizontal impacts of an earthquake by being rolled by having a spherical appearance. Vertical vibration is damped by a shock absorbing force of an elastic spring, an orifice, and compressible gas. The vibration control device is a device to easily form a gap between a building and the vibration control device in a repairing work. The vibration control device has a spherical shape or a semi-spherical shape in which an upper part is a flat surface. The vibration control device is formed as a single stage (simple) type or as a double stage (composite) type. The double stage (composite) type vibration control device (drawings 3, 4, 8) comprises: a spring, a shock absorbing cylinder, and a plurality of rolling steel units in a round shell. The round single stage type vibration control device (drawings 1, 3, 7, 8) comprises: the single or plurality of elastic springs and the plurality of rolling steel units. Drawing 5 shows an automatic form removal device necessary for the repairing work. The difference between drawings 1, 2, 7 and drawings 3, 4, 8 is classified by an existence of a device capable of automatically adjusting a working pressure and a lift by injecting and discharging an operation gas pressure into a damping cylinder on the outside.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
