The present invention relates to an AC-direct type LED lighting device which has a flicker reduction function. The AC-direct type LED lighting device is configured to include a current sensor resistor and a comparator corresponding to each of the light emitting units when the light emitting units execute a parallel structure operation, set individual sensor resistor values to be equivalent, and execute a control operation to input the same voltage value to non-inverting terminals of individual comparators. Accordingly, the AC-direct type LED lighting device enables an individual current control operation for each current route through using the configuration as well as enhancing light uniformity.
