The present invention relates to compounds of formula (I) [Formula (I)] Tetrahydropyrazolo [1,5-a] pyrimidine derivatives and 2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo [1,2-b] pyrazole derivatives of formula (I ') / RTI [Chemical formula (I ')] / RTI wherein the variables have the meanings defined in the claims. The compounds according to the invention are useful as ROS1 inhibitors. Further, the present invention relates to a method for producing such a novel compound, a pharmaceutical composition comprising said compound as an active ingredient, as well as the use of said compound as a medicament.
