The present invention relates to compounds of formula (I) (I) Tetrahydropyrazolo [1,5-a] pyrazine derivative of formula (I) and 5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-4H-pyrazolo [1,5- 4] diazepine derivatives, wherein the variables have the meanings as defined in the claims. The compounds according to the invention are useful as ROS1 inhibitors. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for producing such a novel compound, a pharmaceutical composition comprising said compound as an active ingredient, as well as the use of said compound as a medicament.
