The present invention relates to a method for analyzing vitamin-A content in bovine blood, a composition for early diagnosis of vitamin-A deficiency, and to an early diagnosis method of vitamin-A deficiency. The method for analyzing vitamin-A content in bovine blood can be applied to accurately analyze the level of vitamin-A restriction, and thus aids a user in easily determining the level of vitamin-A restriction in the feed. Moreover, the method for analyzing vitamin-A content in bovine blood can settle a new concept of manufacturing technology of high-quality meat of Hanwoo (Korean native cattle). In addition, deficiency symptoms with respect to the limitation of vitamin-A is monitored during an early stage, thereby enabling a more scientific and safe vitamin-A restriction technology.
