The present invention relates to an apparatus, a system, and a method for a vehicle care service to report whether there is a human positioned around a vehicle to a driver. The apparatus for a vehicle care service according to the present invention comprises: a wireless signal reception unit which receives a wireless signal transmitted from a wearable terminal of a passenger; a getting-on/off detection unit which detects getting on/off through tagging of the wearable terminal; a vehicle report unit which includes a screen output function and a voice output function, determines whether there is a passenger around a vehicle by using the received wireless signal and the detected getting on/off information, reports slow driving and stopping through the output function when it is determined that there is a passenger around the vehicle, and reports starting through the output function when it is determined that there is no passenger around the vehicle.
