The present invention relates to a device for molding an integrally formed synthetic resin-based buoy, and to a preparation method of an integrally formed synthetic resin-based buoy using the same. The device for molding an integrally formed synthetic resin-based buoy comprises: a frame (10) having a plurality of rotation shafts (11); a mold (20) joined to the rotation shaft (11) of the frame (10), and formed by joining a first half mold (21) and a second half mold (22) having an empty internal space with a hinge (24) and a connection part (23); a rotation movement motor (30) formed on one side of the frame (10), and rotating the mold (20); a seesaw movement motor (40) closely formed to the frame (10), and moving the frame (10) like a seesaw; and a heater (50) formed on the bottom side of the mold (20).
