PURPOSE: To provide a method for producing a coating film and a film forming chemicals used therefor to obtain a coating film having excellent hardening property under conditions of wet substrate and high humidity atmosphere without impeding its hardening and shrinking property and softness. ;CONSTITUTION: This method relates to form a coating film on the surface of a base material by using a film forming material.
