The present invention relates to a method for treating waste brine released after preparing salt pickled cabbage, and to an apparatus therefor. More specifically, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for treating waste brine released after preparing salt pickled cabbage, which is intended to obtain purified salt which can be used industrially as a by-product, and is also capable of quickly treating waste brine released after preparing salt pickled cabbage with low costs.
