The present invention relates to an electric vehicle insulation stability evaluating device through measurement of electrical continuity and insulation resistance and, more specifically, to an electric vehicle insulation stability evaluating device through measurement of electrical continuity and insulation resistance, which evaluates a state of an electric vehicle through a DC test power analysis while supplying DC test power to the electric vehicle in accordance with the state of the electric vehicle and which remarkably reduces possibility where a problem can occur in a test target during measurement in consideration of the state of the electric vehicle which is the test target in supplying the DC test power.
