Once the Styrofoam (101) used for the external wall catches on fire, fire spread to a roof layer in a vertical direction within a short time. The present invention is a fire spreading preventing structure as a technology related to a flame interrupting panel (A) attached and installed to a frame (302) of an upper part of a window to delay or prevent the spreading of flames of fire started indoors to the Styrofoam (101) via the window.
