The present invention relates to a rear grouting repairing method for preventing spread of fire and separation of an outer wall insulation finishing system. Specifically, the rear grouting repairing method includes: a step of temporarily fixing an outer wall insulation material to a wall of a structure (10) by constructing a fastener anchor (30) at a part of the outer wall insulation material which is separated; a step of horizontally boring an injection port (22) at fixed intervals on a finishing surface of the outer wall insulation material on the wall of the structure (10); a step of completely filling a space by injecting grout into the space between the structure (10) and the insulation material (12) through the injection port (22); a step of filling the injection port (22) when the injection of the grout is completed and curing the grout until the grout is hardened; and a step of filling a hole after removing the fastener anchor (300) when the grout is completely cured. According to the present invention, the rear grouting repairing method can remove a concern about a leakage by preventing generation of a crack by reducing a movement of the insulation material and reducing a cause of an accident caused by separation of the insulation material as the insulation material and the wall of the structure are integrated. Also, the space between the wall of the structure and the insulation material is completely filled with the grout to remove an air layer. So, the cause of the fire spread when a fire breaks out can be reduced.
