The present invention provides a heat treatment device for a shaft for a vehicle, a heat treatment method for a shaft for a vehicle using the same, and a masking jig for the same. The heat treatment device for a shaft for a vehicle applies heat to a shaft for a vehicle having a stub shaft connected to both ends of a hollow shaft to carry out a heat treatment process, and comprises: a heating unit which has a coil in which a high frequency current flows, and allows the shaft for a vehicle to penetrate the coil to perform high frequency induction heating on a surface of the shaft for a vehicle; a drive unit to move the heating unit from one end of the shaft for a vehicle to the other end in an axial direction of the shaft for a vehicle; a quenching water spray unit to spray quenching water to the surface of the shaft for a vehicle; and a control unit to recognize a position of the heating unit and control the heating unit and the drive unit to prevent the heating unit from heating a non-heat treatment section which is a prescribed section of the stub shaft adjacent to a connection portion of the hollow shaft and the stub shaft. A concentration of residual stress by heat overlapping can be prevented.
