The present invention relates to a method for producing a bubble-free clotted blood jelly, wherein the producing method uses a collagen material and comprises a pressurization step and a steam-heating step, thereby having long expiration date and excellent texture and elasticity due to no bubbles. The clotted blood jelly contains a natural material extract which helps to relieve a hangover and thus has excellent efficacy of relieving the hangover.
