The present invention relates to a chocolate using Seonji and a method for producing the same. The method for producing a chocolate using Seonji comprises: a first step (S1) of melting a curvature chocolate in a water bath; a second step (S2) of preparing a first chocolate mixture; a third step (S3) of adding almond chips, crackers, and semi-dried plums to the first chocolate mixture under stirring to prepare a second chocolate mixture; a fourth step (S4) of adding cow or pig blood to the second chocolate mixture, and allowing the cow or pig blood to be completely cooked at 65°C, thereby solidifying the same as a chocolate chunk; and a fifth step (S5) of storing the chocolate chunk solidified in the fourth step on a parchment paper in a refrigerator to completely solidify the same. According to the present invention, the Seonji included in the chocolate has the effect of alleviating excessive sweetness or bitterness of the chocolate.
