The present invention relates to a street tree device for measuring and displaying fine dust and a method for providing information using the same. According to a first aspect of the present invention, the method includes: a first step where an Arduino calculates a ppm average value for a ppm data value accumulated after measured by a dust measuring sensor; a second step where the Arduino performs the extraction of a fine dust concentration section by steps for the ppm average value; a third step of extracting a height of the street tree device for the measurement and display of fine dust; and a fourth step of performing the control of the height of the street tree device for the measurement and display of the fine dust.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
