CIGSSe CIGSSe Thin film for solar cell and the preparation method and its application to thin film solar cell

摘要

The present invention relates to a CIGSSe thin film for a solar cell, a manufacturing method thereof, and a solar cell using the same. More specifically, the CIGSSe thin film characterizes that the peak intensity of sulfur is reduced from the surface of the thin film to a minimum value of sulfur content in a depth direction as an analysis result of Auger electron spectroscopy. Therefore, the present invention is capable of enabling a solar cell, including the CIGSSe thin film, to improve the efficiency of photoelectric conversion by controlling a band gap in the CIGSSe thin film.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
