The present invention relates to a system for integrally analyzing heterogeneous log data and a method thereof. The system comprises: a batch layer (120a) configured to produce batch table data; a serving layer (120b) configured to provide an inquiry function with respect to the batch table data; and a speed layer (120c) configured to provide an inquiry function with respect to a data portion included in a real-time collection data table. Therefore, the system can prevent risk elements which can occur during a system operation.
