The present invention relates to a production method of freeze-dried liposome powder, whereby a mixed solvent of ethyl acetate and n-hexane is used as a solvent for dissolving phospholipids to produce liposomes, and the produced liposomes are placed in a container filled with at least one selected among isopropyl alcohol, ethanol and methanol prior to being freeze-dried. Since the mixed solvent of ethyl acetate and n-hexane is used to dissolve phospholipids, unlike conventional methods that utilize toxic chloroform, the production method of the present invention can be used in food industries. Also, by placing the produced liposomes in a container filled with at least one selected among isopropyl alcohol, ethanol and methanol prior to being freeze-dried, the present invention can prevent the structure of liposomes from being destroyed and active substances from leaking out during the freeze-drying process, thereby preventing the stability of liposome particles from degrading, and allows the freeze-dried liposomes to almost perfectly recover their original form when restored.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
