The present invention relates to a telomere biological age measurement system for measuring a biological age using telomere. The telomere biological age measurement system comprises: a telomere biological age estimation device which derives a telomere biological age estimation equation by using a plurality of pieces of sample analysis data and provides the telomere biological age estimation equation; and a biological age measurement device which acquires a biomarker value of a subject, then measures a biological age of a subject by using the telomere biological age estimation equation, and provides the biological age. Sample analysis data of the telomere biological age estimation device include information about biomarker values and ages including information about telomere. The telomere biological age estimation device performs a preprocess such that biomarker values among the sample analysis data form a normal distribution, acquires and provides a telomere biological age estimation equation by statistically analyzing the biomarker values and ages subjected to the preprocess. The biological age measurement device acquires a biomarker value of a subject, converts the acquired biomarker value according to a preset method, measures and provides a biological age by means of substituting the converted biomarker value in the telomere biological age estimation equation.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
