Provided are a fruit beverage containing a coconut extract and a production method thereof. More specifically, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a fruit beverage which contains a coconut extract and decreases calories of fruit beverages while increasing the nutritional contents, and to a production method thereof. According to one aspect of the present invention, the method for producing the fruit beverage containing the coconut extract comprises the following steps: mixing coconut water, fruits, and coconut gel at a specific composition ratio using a blender; placing the mixture obtained by mixing the ingredients together at the specific composition ratio in a container; and adding the coconut gel into the mixture-containing container.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
