The present invention relates to a mixer of a liquid fuel and a modified oxidizing agent for a liquid fuel processor, and a fuel reforming method. By injecting a high-temperature modified oxidizing agent in a mixer, a liquid fuel is evaporated enhancing the mixing rate of a liquid fuel and a modified oxidizing agent.
