The present invention relates to a method for effectively injecting a contrast medium into a testing body to acquire high resolution computed tomography (CT) images when conducting selective catheter-directed coronary computed tomography angiography. According to the present invention, the contrast medium enables a user to observe even terminal blood vessels in the testing body at high resolution although the contrast medium contains less amount of iodine than that contained in an existing contrast medium.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
