The present invention relates to a method for effectively injecting a contrast agent into a subject to obtain a high resolution CT image in selective catheter-directed coronary computed tomography angiography. The present invention allows the use of iodine in the contrast medium at a very low concentration and allows observation of the vessel end of interest to high resolution.
