The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising a fused peptide as an active ingredient for treating cancer and inhibiting metastasis. More particularly, the present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition which targets both cancer cells over-expressing IL-4 receptor and tumor associated macrophages (TAM) to provide an excellent anti-cancer effect and an effect of inhibiting metastasis. The pharmaceutical composition according to the present invention targets and destroys tumor cells and tumor associated macrophages at the same time, and thus has an anti-cancer effect and an effect of inhibiting metastasis. In addition, the fused peptide according to the present invention can be administered in combination with the existing anti-cancer drug to provide an anti-cancer effect and an effect of inhibiting metastasis while reducing side-effects of the existing anti-cancer drug.
