The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for anticancer and cancer metastasis suppression comprising a fusion peptide as an active ingredient. More specifically, the present invention relates to cancer cells and tumor-related tumor cells that overexpress IL-4 receptor. The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition that exhibits an excellent anticancer effect and cancer metastasis suppressing effect by simultaneously targeting macrophages. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention simultaneously targets tumor cells and tumor-associated macrophages and kills the cells, thereby simultaneously having an anticancer effect and a cancer metastasis suppressing effect. Furthermore, the fusion peptide of the present invention exhibits an anticancer and cancer metastasis suppressing effect while reducing side effects of the conventional anticancer effect by co-administering with a conventional anticancer drug.
