The present invention relates to a down product having a combining pattern line for separating compartments even without forming a sewing hole and without having damage to a cloth. According to the present invention, a thermally reactive adhesive liquid is printed and dried in a predetermined printing pattern on the inside of a lining and/or an upper or a reinforcing member. The lining, the reinforcing material, and the upper are synthesized, and are heated at a high frequency while being compressed in a compressing pattern which is identical to the printing pattern so as to be combined through the adhesive liquid. According to the present invention, by using a high frequency combining scheme using a thermally reactive adhesive and/or a pre-combining and post-cutting scheme of producing a dual cloth by primarily producing a compartment separation line and then cutting the same, a down product can be produced to have a combining pattern line integrated with an inner combining line having excellent adhesive force and durability and a surface pattern line which is clear, has excellent finishing quality, and has excellent aesthetic impression. Also, down products can be mass-produced by means of mechanization and automation.
