The present invention can print a heat-responsive adhesive liquid onto the inner surface of an outer material or onto a lining material in a predetermined print pattern and let the heat-responsive adhesive liquid dry, put the lining material and the outer material together, and bond the lining material and the outer material using an adhesive agent while pressing a pressed pattern identical to the print pattern. Accordingly, the present invention can prepare a down product having partition separation pattern bonding lines without damaging the fabric or forming sewing holes thereon. The present invention employs a high-frequency bonding method using a heat-responsive adhesive agent and/or a bonding and cutting method for forming partition separating lines in advance to prepare a dual-fabric and then cutting the same. Accordingly, the down product manufactured by using the present invention can have bonding lines with excellent adhesion and durability, and clear and beautiful bonding pattern lines with excellent finishing quality. According to the present invention, mass production of down products can be possible by using mechanization and automation.
