The present invention relates to an injection composition for preventing or treating osteoarthritis, or reliving joint pain. The injection composition comprises microsphere having (1) piroxicam or a pharmaceutically allowable salt thereof, and (2) a carrier for a glenoid cavity administration drug including: a core polymer in which the piroxicam or the pharmaceutically allowable salt thereof is sealed; a cationic polymer of which one end is mixed with the core polymer in a non-shared manner, and the other end provides a positive charge on the surface of a carrier; and a film polymer covering part or the entire surface of the core polymer. According to the present invention, the injection composition can improve retention of piroxicam components in the glenoid cavity, and can sustain effects of preventing or treating osteoarthritis, or reliving joint pain for a long time after single dose.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
