The present invention relates to uses of a fuel cell for high efficiency of a direct urine fuel cell (DUFC) and, more specifically, to a DUFC with stored urea solid fuel, operated by preparing a urea solution by simply positioning a fuel cell, made of urea, in micro-channels in a separation plate and injecting water, making the prepared liquid fuel flow along the micro-channels, and triggering a chemical reaction.
