The present invention relates to oxadiazole derivatives, a preparation method thereof, and to an electron transfer layer comprising the oxadiazole derivatives. According to the present invention, the oxadiazole derivatives represented by chemical formula 1 has excellent measured values of circulating voltage and circulating current and are stable at a thin film state, thereby being useful as an electron transfer layer of an organic electroluminescent element such as an organic light emitting device (OLED).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
