BLACK BOX APPARATUS FOR TODDLER AND CHILDREN, SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM USING SAME, AND METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a black box apparatus for toddlers and children, a safety management system using the same, and a method thereof. More specifically, the black box apparatus determines the health state of wearers including toddlers and children and whether a dangerous situation occurs around the wearers, transmits a notification message to a user terminal owned by a guardian, and enables the guardian to directly check the health state and the dangerous situation regarding the wearer. The black box apparatus includes: a measurement unit which measures the body temperature and pulse of a wearer who can be a toddler or child; a motion sensing unit sensing a sudden motion change; a voice collection unit collecting the voices from the surroundings; a dangerous situation determination unit which determines the health state in accordance with the body temperature and pulse and determines the occurrence of a dangerous situation including accidents, abuse, and assault in accordance with the motion change and voices from the surroundings; and a communication unit which transmits the occurrence of the dangerous situation and the health state of the wearer to the user terminal of a preset guardian. Accordingly, the black box apparatus enables the guardian to check the health state of toddlers and children at all times as well as immediately realizing the occurrence of an unexpected dangerous situation to ensure a quick response.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
