The present invention relates to a high-reactive Teflon-coated aluminum powder manufactured without a polymerization process, and a manufacturing method thereof comprising: an oxide film removing step of removing an oxide film from an aluminum power surface by inputting and mixing an aluminum powder with sodium hydroxide (NaOH) solution; a step of attaching Teflon particles on the aluminum powder surface from which the oxide film is removed by inputting and mixing the aluminum powder from which oxide film is removed with a Teflon solution; a filtering step of separating the aluminum powder where the Teflon particles are attached from the Teflon solution; and a Teflon coating step of forming a Teflon film on the aluminum powder surface by thermally treating the aluminum powder where the Teflon particles are attached. As such, the high-reactive Teflon-coated aluminum powder which polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) film is coated on the aluminum powder surface is manufactured.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
