The present invention relates to a mixed beverage of barley leaves and corn silk, and to a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a beverage which increases the amount of -Aminobutyric acid (GABA) of barely leaves, minimizes the destruction of nutrients by mixing the barley leaves and corn silk, and has anti-stress and weight loss effects. The present invention also relates to a manufacturing method thereof.
