According to an embodiment of the present invention, a heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning (HVAC) control system comprises: an HVAC system having a temperature sensor measuring the temperature of a container room; a battery management system measuring the temperature of a battery module; and an HVAC control unit receiving the temperature of the battery module measured by the battery management system and the temperature of the container room measured by the HVAC system to determine an operation condition of the HVAC system and control the HVAC system.
