The present invention relates to a molecular marker for distinguishing a cultivar resistant to Brassicaceae fusarium wilt, and to a use thereof. When a molecular marker specific to a BoTNR-50 gene is applied to a Brassicaceae plant, a Brassicaceae cultivar resistant to fusarium wilt which could not be distinguished by using conventional research results can be now distinguished by performing RT-PCR. Thus, the molecular marker is expected to be useful for reducing time, costs, and effort for breeding the Brassicaceae cultivar. Also, supplying a Brassicaceae cultivar resistant to fusarium wilt and bred by using the method of the present invention is expected to enable the production and supply of high quality Brassicaceae to farmhouses and consumers.
